1. Prepare the chocolate mixture
Bring the 200 millilitres of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the caster sugar and dissolve it in the boiling water. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and then add the chocolate and butter. Stir continuously until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and well combined.
2. Add dry ingredients
Gradually, add the 100 grams of coconut, 75 grams of ground almonds, and 225 grams of ground biscuits to the chocolate mixture. Stir the mixture until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
3. Shape the mixture
Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, portion the mixture onto a tray or plate lined with baking parchment. You can scoop the mixture into individual cupcake liners to add a more festive touch to your bites. For the finishing touch, sprinkle a little bit of coconut on top of each portion.
4. Chill
Transfer the tray to the fridge and let the Almond-Coconut-Chocolate Bites chill for at least a few hours or until they are firm.
5. Serve
Once chilled, your Almond-Coconut-Chocolate Bites are ready to be served.
