1. Make the batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the flour and baking powder and keep mixing until you get a smooth mixture. Add the yogurt and the grated cheese, then stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
2. Fry the cheese bites
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese bites in batches on both sides. You can measure the batter with an ice cream scoop to get roughly equal-sized cheese bites.
3. Serve
After frying, drain the cheese bites on kitchen paper. Serve while still warm with your favourite yogurt dip.
