For a nice overall result, set a few raspberries aside first.
In a bowl, lightly mash the raspberries with a fork, leaving a few larger chunks. Add the lemon zest and honey, and stir. Then fold in the yogurt. Pour into a glass and garnish with a few raspberries and grated white chocolate.
