1. In a mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of sour cream, 60 grams of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove, and 2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions.
2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
4. Serve with your favourite chips, crackers, or vegetables.
