1. Prepare the apples
Start by peeling and dicing the apples. Pour the juice of half a lemon over them and give it a whisk. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the sugar and diced apples. Stir occasionally. Cook until the apples are soft. That will take a few minutes. Once the apples are soft, add the cinnamon and stir until well combined. Remove the pan from the heat and leave it aside to cool slightly.
2. Prepare the cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. You can pour the whipped cream into a piping bag, if you have one, or simply use a spoon for filling later.
3. Assembling
Put a layer of apples in a glass, cover them with a layer of granola, and then with whipped cream. Then repeat the process so that you get two layers of apples, two layers of granola and two layers of whipped cream in one glass. Finish with some granola for garnish. Repeat the process and fill the second glass.
4. Serve
Put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set, then serve it chilled.
Enjoy!
